About Us

We're Jamie and Adriana! He's a developer and illustrator from Virginia. She's a writer and editor from New York. We live in a home on a hill with our two dogs, Jack and Lucy. And we are growing our little family through adoption! 

We've been together for thirteen years, and while we've done our fair share of adventuring, we're about to embark on our greatest adventure yet. The road to get here doesn't look quite like the one we'd expected to travel down, and our dark days felt very dark. But our hearts are healed, and we are so excited for what's to come. 

And the truth is that adoption wasn't as much of a surprise to us as you might think.

June 2020 Update

We switched from a domestic infant adoption to a sibling adoption from Georgia's foster care system!
